Discount / Sale Price on product

Hi team,

please consider show discount price on the total price.

For example, a product without any extra options is $100. There are 3 options, 1. standard 2. premium 3. supreme
If choose option1 standard, no discount, choose option 2 or 3 , the total price (original price + extra option price) get 30% off
