More sophisticated calendar

To be able to block off days in the shipping and delivery calendar by shipping method and product.

With the royal mail strikes happening I would like to be able to block out shipping days for royal mail but not for our other couriers.

We also make monthly special products which are only for sale for a month so stopping people advance ordering just for certain products would be helpful.
