New order email related to subscription products

I’m seeing one problem according to the test that I just did.

– I want to become an affiliate – good.
– I register on the registration form and a user account is created for me in the backend – good.
– I don’t receive any email about this but the store manager is notified that a new affiliate has registered – good.
– Store manager receives this email and sends an email with the subscription product URL to make a payment – here’s where I see a problem.
– I need to register to purchase this subscription product and here another user account is created for me – no good.
– As soon as I complete the purchase I receive 2 emails – one that says my user account has been created – and another one that says my order has been received – no good as I already have a user in the backend.
– Once the store manager receives an email that the order about the subscription product has been received, he goes ahead and approves my affiliate request and so I end up having two accounts – no good.
– One account when I just registered my interest as an affiliate and another account when making the purchase of the subscription product – no good – duplicating user accounts in the process.

Anything you can see your WC subs. plugin can do to solve this “duplicating problem”?

And also – store manager needs to receive an email specific for this new subscription order (just as there is for suspended, cancelled, etc.) so there is difference between usual product orders and subscription specific orders.

Thanks.
