Shipping Multiple Addresses

Allow your customers to ship individual items in a single order to multiple addresses.
No Repeat for Shipping if Free Shipping (or Same)
Remove repeating field on a per-address basis if order has free shipping or same type of shipping applied to all items. Currently, the repeating setup creates a very long receipt and order info on front and back ends, as well as emails.
