I think it would be a great option for admins to be able to add the Handheld Menu, which currently is in the header (in my case using the storefont hamburger menu), into the “Handheld Footer Bar” with a hamburger icon that flys out upwards when clicked and displays the assigned menu for handheld.

Thanks to the tips here: https://woocommerce.com/document/customize-the-links-in-the-handheld-footer-bar/ I was able to add a link to the home page, but it got me thinking that exactly in that spot would be perfect for a hamburger navigation menu on mobile devices, instead of up in the header…..
