Hi please take a look on this, add a function that we can enable pre-order per variation and not only by parent product. currently only be enabled by parent product, which gives the impression that in-stock variations will not be shipped until the pre-order shipment date, or that all variants will be shipped on the same date.

That’s a real point of confusion — when pre-order can only be set at the parent product level, customers can’t tell whether their specific variation is actually available now or lumped in with the pre-order timeline.
Smart Pre-Order Manager for WooCommerce lets you enable pre-order status per individual variation instead of the whole product, so in-stock variations stay clearly available while only the relevant ones show as pre-order.
