We are using Groups/Sensei with expiry dates on courses. So currently if a person subscribes to a course they get access for a certain period of time to the content and then it expires. Access to the certificate expires with it.
Is there a way we can give people permanent access to their certificates that are created.

Thanks Dan. This is a crucial feature for us. I know that the responsibility is on the student, however… we are getting over 70% of them not downloading it. It is taking us a lot of time to reactivate their course, complete lessons, download certificate and send it. Thanks for your consideration.

Is there an ETA on this feature? How about an easier way to get to a persons certificate if the course it is attached to expires from their account? It would even be easier if it was automatically attached to their User Profile for us to access.

Any ETA on this Dan. Having to find and email certificates for past attendees who “forgot” to download them before their access expired and need to use them to get their professional development points is a bit tedious :/
