– woo & plugin đều là bản mới nhất
– tôi cũng đã cài lên 1 demo chỉ cơ woo và plugin đó (để kiểm tra xem liệu có ảnh hưởng từ theme hay plugin khác ko)=> những cũng ko hoạt động, thậm chí còn lỗi vỡ giao diện
– tôi sẽ gủi 2 link 1 của site khách hàng, 1 của site demo để bạn tham khảo
– tôi cũng sẽ gủi kèm thông tin admin đăng nhập của site demo để bạn kiểm tra

My client has purchased the Product Video for WooCommerce plugin, but I’ve encountered some issues:

– The plugin does not work with self-hosted videos.
– Both WooCommerce and the plugin are updated to their latest versions.
– I also tested it on a demo site with only WooCommerce and the plugin installed (to ensure the issue isn’t caused by the theme or other plugins), but it still doesn’t work. Additionally, the layout breaks on the demo site.
– I will provide two links: one from the client’s site and one from the demo site for your reference.
– I’ll also include admin login credentials for the demo site so you can investigate.
