Smart Coupons + WPML compatibility

Become fully compatible with WPML. At the moment we have several issues with the compatibility between Smart Coupons and WPML making Smart Coupons not really so useful for us.
One case is adding a product with a discount as part of the coupon.
In the translated version the product is added to the cart but without the discount being applied.
