Disability VAT Exemption for WooCommerce

Define per product whether customers should be exempt from VAT if they have a disability or are a charity.
Unable and disable VAT exemption based on country.
I would like to request a feature in which VAT Exemption should be shown or hidden based on user country selection.
For eg: If I select the country as United Kingdom(UK) the VAT Exemption options should show up but if I select some other country it should disappear.
