Sendcloud for WooCommerce

Please add the ability to sync tags from WooCommerce directly into SendCloud to filter orders more easily.

Tags are usually stored in the meta key `_wcot_order_tags` and are added with a plugin like Kestrel’s “Order Tags for WooCommerce”: https://woocommerce.com/products/order-tags
