Peu importe les options que vous souhaitez proposer à vos clients, Bookings s’en charge :

  • Définissez des options, comme des créneaux horaires pour un cours, un rendez-vous ou une visite guidée.
  • Laissez les clients choisir l’heure qui leur convient le mieux en leur permettant de réserver la plage horaire de leur choix, comme lorsqu’ils réservent un hôtel.

Proposez un tarif spécial pour les groupes ou les particuliers ou un tarif à la journée

Proposez des réductions pour les groupes ou les particuliers réservant plusieurs créneaux, avec des prix inférieurs pour les premiers arrivés, des prix plus élevés le week-end ou des tarifs spéciaux pour les enfants. Bookings vous permet de personnaliser les tarifs comme vous l’entendez.

Affichez vos disponibilités en utilisant le fuseau horaire du client

Si vous proposez vos services en ligne ou si vous expédiez des articles au client, affichez vos disponibilités selon le fuseau horaire du client afin qu’il puisse choisir l’horaire souhaité. Que les réservations soient effectuées à New York, au Nouveau-Mexique ou en Nouvelle-Zélande, elles auront lieu aux heures définies par vos soins. Aucune mauvaise surprise !

Prévoyez un système de confirmation afin de pouvoir passer en revue la demande avant d’officialiser la réservation. Envoyez automatiquement des rappels concernant une réservation afin d’éviter l’absentéisme ou déterminez si les réservations peuvent être annulées.

Envoyez des rappels et réduisez l’absentéisme

Rappelez aux clients leurs rendez-vous grâce à des rappels pratiques sous forme d’e-mail lorsqu’une réservation a été effectuée et est confirmée. Envoyez un rappel la veille de la réservation.

Pour aller une étape plus loin, vous pouvez envoyer un rappel spécial directement depuis votre site.

Évitez les doubles réservations

Évitez les doubles réservations en affectant les ressources nécessaires à une réservation particulière. Par exemple, si votre mariée de 14 h 00 réserve un essayage et une styliste jusqu’à 15 h 30, cette styliste ne sera pas disponible pour une autre mariée qui réserve un essayage à 15 h 00. Vous n’aurez donc jamais à vous soucier de proposer la même ressource à deux clients en même temps.

Gérez votre agenda à votre guise et synchronisez-le avec Google Agenda

Utilisez votre calendrier pour consulter vos disponibilités du jour ou du mois. Mettez à jour les réservations ou les disponibilités existantes, ou filtrez pour visualiser des services ou des ressources spécifiques.

Les clients continuent d’effectuer des réservations par téléphone ? Ajoutez-les manuellement au calendrier pendant l’appel téléphonique.

Les réservations sont également synchronisées automatiquement avec Google Agenda, sans aucune saisie manuelle. Gérez les réservations sur votre boutique, elles apparaissent dans Google Agenda en moins d’une minute.

    What didn't you like about this product?

    It doesn't show on the front end. In fact, it also erases the 'add to cart / or book now' button so I have a couple of products in my store now that can't be booked from the product page. I get a reply not even 2 hours after my question before buying the product. I am still waiting on a reply or fix of a syntax error as we speak... Bad. Also, it hasn't been tested with the latest version of Core Woocommerce plugin? And you charge (normaly) $249???

    Make it work!
    Reply to my ticket!
    Update your test sites and let possible clients fool around with those demo’s. Let them upload plugins that they are using on their live sites to find out if everything works flawlessly…

    Very limited for the 249$. - No seats option. - No 'AND' conditional prices. You can't offer a price for X people AND 2 hours. - No way to consolidate bookings. - Limited block selection And many more things that can't do

    How could it be improved?

    – Seats
    – More layers of logical costs.

    What didn't you like about this product?

    The service is great but WooCommerce Bookings misses some really essential features, which a booking system requires. -Orders don't show booked persons as quantity, which is totally necessary. (1 Booking with 30 Persons is only 1 qty.?!) -There is no practical overview to see how many people booked on a date/time. You need to count all the persons out of each bookings by yourself. (Add each booking) - All the date based overviews don't show directly if the booking is paid. So you count the persons but you need to open each booking to see if they paid. So it's a big effort to manage your bookings with this solution. Can't recommend under this conditions. Best regard

    What didn't you like about this product?

    This is touted as a great extension for bookable products like massage or hair salon. I am using it for a dog grooming service. There is no way to allow the customer to add a tip when paying, only at the time of booking. I am really disappointed that no one thought this might be important to provide. There are no third party plugins that I can find for this either. Any developers out there want to work on this one?

    How could it be improved?

    Make tipping an option at payment. I understand that this functionality is probably something that needs to be added to the core woo commerce product since it would happen during the payment process but come on

    What didn't you like about this product?

    Just because it's from WooComerce, does not make it a good product. Receives little support. The resources do not work properly. The buffer time does not work properly. It is incompatible with other plugins from the same company. The resources do not work properly. For example, you create a resource for chairs (you have 12 of them), and another resource for therapists (there are 3 of them). Next you create a product "Session" and assign both a chair and a therapist as resources. The expectation is that whenever someone books a "Session" product they would get a chair and a therapist. However, Bookings consideres all resources to be equal. If I have booked out all of the therapists, it will still book an appointment, assuming we can swap out therapists for chairs because I have extra chairs. The buffering feature does not work properly. If I set appointments for one hour, with no buffer I see the available appointments at 9am, 10am, 11am, 12pm, 1pm, 2pm, etc.. Since I need an hour after an appointment to reset the room, I set a 1 hour buffer. Now, if nothing is rented elsewhere, I only see available appointments at 9am, 11am, 1pm, 3pm, etc., Bookings has removed the opportunity to rent at 10am, 12pm, etc.. If I haven't rented anything, why is it applying a buffer? If I wanted everything to be based on 2 hour blocks I could just set up the appointments to last that long rather than adding a buffer. The buffer should only come in play once a reservation has been made. Bookings is not compatible with WooCommerce Product Bundles. Why not? They are both WooCommerce products. Any reasonable person would expect that these products should work together. This might have been a possible way around the broken resources issue (or vice-versa), but neither work.

    How could it be improved?

    Fix stuff. Don’t just take the money and sit.

    Booking process is well laid out and functional

    How could it be improved?

    reporting, reporting, reporting. There’s no reports of any kind! Personally i need a ship’s manifest to know who’s coming onboard my ship and what addons items they’ve purchased. I can’t get any reporting to get this done.

    What do you think about this product?

    This product does what it needs to do, but it doesn't go further than that. It also lack some features that can be found in it's concurrent and (much) cheaper plugins, like Yith Bookings and appointments.

    How could it be improved?

    – Person type range in costs
    – Drop down calendar
    – Drop down Person types
    – Design/layout options

    What didn't you like about this product?

    It's very expensive and difficult to set-up because it causes conflicts with existing plugins, the categories system is very rigid and it's almost impossible toremove, hide or re-direct from them without causing problems that spoil the look of the site.

    How could it be improved?

    It’s seems to be very buggy to me and doesn’t integrate as well as it should do, it’s difficult to resolve issues without some knowledge of coding. Of course I accept that perhaps it may be just the wrong solution for my needs. If you could iron out the compatibility, integration and give the ability to remove catgories that would be great for my needs at least.

    Product managers don't implement most requested features

    How could it be improved?

    With over 1.5 years of literally zero new features, this product is frustrating to say the least. Communication about the future of the product is nonexistent. I honestly think nobody cares about this product except us early adopters who have suffered through this « project ».

    What didn't you like about this product?

    It is so difficult to get this to work seamlessly with our theme and plug-ins. I have never had so many issues with a plug-in before. And support is not helpful, they just make you conflict test to confirm that it is a plug-in or theme causing it to not work. They don't help you fix it or even tell you how.

    How could it be improved?

    Fix the issues that prevent it from working with certain themes and plug-ins and train your support staff so they can actually troubleshoot and fix these issues.

      I understand that you encountered issues with the theme compatibility.

      As you probably know, there are thousands of WordPress themes that anyone can use on their website. Making sure that all of them are compatible with WooCommerce Bookings or any other of our plugins, including WooCommerce, or even fixing them as they come, is a massive task that we are not able to perform.

      It is in the interest of the theme developer to make their theme compatible with major plugins, like WooCommerce, or other popular plugins that can be found on WordPress.org and other platforms.

      Their support team is much better trained than ours in helping with conflicts and issues pertaining to their own theme, so they are in the best position to help you. We do this indeed with any of our themes. If you would have had issues with WooCommerce Bookings and any of our themes, our support team would have been able to help you further since they are trained with our products and we don’t expect others to know them better than us.

      We recommend contacting your theme author if you need further help with fixing the theme compatibility with WooCommerce Bookings, and we hope you understand why we are not able to help you further.

    What do you think about this product?

    The product is well thought out to accommodate many kinds of user needs. The support of Woocommerce is great too which certainly deserve a 5 stars. The people behind Woocommerce are really kind and accommodating. Even though it was way beyond the refund period, they still refunded me a product (Product Vendor) because it did not suit my needs entirely due to some current limitation which I hope could be improved on soon. I am really thankful for their understanding towards budding entrepreneurs who are tight on budget. This is definitely a Company that I would like to work together with in the long haul.

    How could it be improved?

    Launch a simpler product for specific needs with less options. Right now, the backend it too complicated for non-tech savvy end users to use.
