Each rule displays its title, status, rule type, mode, and placement at a glance. You can edit, duplicate, or delete any rule directly from the list. Set a priority for each rule to control which one applies first when multiple rules are active.

Custom or AI Recommendation Mode

Choose between Custom or AI recommendation mode per rule. Set the rule type as Upsell or Cross-sell and select one or more placements where the recommendations appear: product page, cart page, or checkout page.

When using custom recommendation mode, define exactly which products should be recommended using product selection filters.
