Global pricing rules

Global rules are useful for setting prices across multiple products in one place.

Here you can:

1. Set up custom regular, sale price, and tiered pricing.
2. Select products or categories for which the rule will work (you can also add exclusions).
3. Select users or user roles for which the rule will work (you can also add exclusions).
4. Specify the minimum, maximum, and quantity step for the products in the rule.

Combine quantities from multiple products to unlock tiered pricing. For example, 10 units of Product A plus 10 units of Product B are treated as 20 units when determining a pricing tier.

Rules can be suspended and reactivated in one click, which may be useful for limited sale periods, such as Black Friday.

How it looks in your shop

Pricing is displayed correctly in other areas of your store (e.g., catalog pages, related products, widgets, etc.).

Choose how pricing should be shown in those areas:

• Price range: displays the minimum and maximum price per unit (e.g., $10.00 – $25.00)
• Minimum price with prefix: shows only the lowest price with a label (e.g., “From $10.00” or “As low as $10.00”)
