Here’s what you’ll get

  • Priority chat support: As the first in line, you’ll be connected to a trained Happiness Engineer in 10 minutes or less while chat is open.
  • Priority ticket support: Jump to the top of the queue so you can get help as quickly as possible. We’ll reply within 6 hours, depending on the complexity of your question and the current request volume.
  • Personalized WooCommerce core help: WooCommerce is a free plugin for WordPress and doesn’t include dedicated support from our Happiness team. WooCommerce Premium Support gives you 1-on-1 WooCommerce help from our trained experts.
  • Business improvement consultation: Have a live 30-minute video call with a Happiness Engineer each month to answer questions, investigate issues, review your site setup, or get advice for improving your customer experience and site conversion.

What’s not included

  • Support for anything besides official Woo products: We aren’t able to cover third-party products or custom code, but we can connect you to an experienced developer who can help.
  • Rollover for business improvement consultations: You’ll get one consultation a month, and they can’t be banked or rolled over.
  • More than one store per subscription: This subscription is limited to supporting one store only. If you’re an agency managing multiple stores, check out the Automattic for Agencies program.

Q: Will you always reply immediately to a question? 

A: We aim to reply within 6 hours for emails and 10 minutes for chat, but will always opt for a slightly slower but more helpful reply over “we’ve got you” messages.

Q: Can I get a refund?

A: Yes, you can get a refund within 30 days of subscribing if you haven’t used any of the services yet.
