How it Works?

Automatic Re-engagement Coupons

  • When the module is configured, the plugin automatically identifies the customers who are inactive on the site based on predefined rules.

 

  • Once the inactive customers are identified, the follow-up emails will be sent automatically.

 

Manual Re-engagement Coupons

  • When the module is configured, the plugin automatically identifies the customers who are inactive on the site based on predefined rules.

 

  • Within the Queued Coupons table, the inactive users will be listed. The site admin can review the information and send the emails along with a coupon code by clicking the “Send Email” button.
Email queue

 

 

  • The issued coupons will be listed in a separate table within the plugin. From there, the site admin can review information such as,
    – Coupon Code
    – Coupon Value
    – Issued To
    – Order ID Used
    – Expiry Date
