Allow watermarks to work on layered PDFs

I sell digital sewing patterns that rely heavily on using Layers so that the buyer can select only the size they intend to sew (otherwise the document is a total tangle of illegible lines), so this extension isn’t usable for my business if the extension doesn’t work with layered PDFs.
