Shop as a Customer for WooCommerce

When people order something by phone or mail, it would be nice to have the possibility to choose only in this case “purchase on account” if I make the order for them with your plugin. I don’t want to make “purchase on account” available for the usual customer.

Sometimes older people call me, which don’t have mail adressess. It would be nice if only in the case I or an admin of my page orders something for my customers with your plugin the mail adress is not a required field in the check out process.
