Correctly handle WooCommerce variation inventories

Get it working right.

It was working correctly pre 2.0. Then 2.0 broke it. Than you fixed it. Now it is broken again.

Fix it right, then do not break it in a subsequent release.

Employ accepted software development QA testing practices, PLEASE!
