Can not install the plugin on a multisite WP

Hi Support,
I have a multisite website with sub-folder ex :
https:// domaine.name/site1
https:// domaine.name/site2
https:// domaine.name/site3
I have installed the Extra Option Products in the plugins folder and when trying to activate it, I have the error message below.
”
This plugin requires WooCommerce plugin to be installed and active! ”

So impossible to activate the plugin.
Can you please advice what should I do?
