Split main and add-on price on cart and invoice

I would love to see the possibility to split the “main” product price and the “add-on” price on the cart page, order and invoice. Now, it is showing a single subtotal price for the product and add-on together.

On the single product page you see the regular product price and the price for the add-on separate from each other. But when you add it to the shopping cart, these prices become one and it’s more difficult to tell what the base price and ‘add-on’ price is. You can off course subtract the add-on price from the total to find the regular product price without add-on, but for clarity it would be nice to split them on two different lines on the order/invoice etc.

    Hey there,

Thank you for getting in touch!

From Product Add-Ons v6.4.0+, the price of flat fee add-ons is no longer added to the per unit product price in the cart, but directly to the product total. Therefore, the product price and the flat-fee add-on price are separated like you pointed out in the screenshots you shared.

If you have any more questions about this, please reach out to us via: https://woocommerce.com/my-account/contact-support/.

Totally agree. It’s confusing and inconsistent with the product page.
