We have a workflow email that is sent to our customer service team after the order is marked complete. They reach out via phone to speak with the customer to thank them for their business. We’d like to add this variable the automatewoo email that goes to the cust service team to provide them more accurate info.
Also, we would like to send a workflow email that your last order with us was X, and we would love to offer you Y on your next order.
