1- Creating Customers: Like other platforms, creating customers must be an easy process where email and phone, and username name are not mandatory. As sometimes we have offline clients we buy from POS and that way there is no need for email address and username to create them. Please you need to fix this like shopify etc..

2- Cost of Goods Sold should be embedded within Woocommerce without the need of any plugin. This is a basic feature for such a professional platform. Shopify already has it with profit margin and reports.
