Auto send a follow up email to remind customer on nearing selected delivery date.
After customer selected a date picker at checkout, they will get a New order email with the selected delivery date. But there will be no email reminder after that to remind them again on their selected delivery date.
Having this follow up email will help increase customer experience to prevent “not-at-address” delivery situations or forgotten orders by the customers.
