WooCommerce Memberships

Currently, all applicable discounts are applied on top of each other. However, it is probably much more common for store owner to want to offer multiple discounts, but only have the most significant of those discounts to be applied to a purchase.

E.g. Customers can hold multiple membership types simultaneously. Memberships type A & B both give a 50% discount, and the desired outcome is that a customer with either or both membership types will receive a 50% discount on purchases. But currently, because discounts compound, a customer who holds both membership types will receive a 75% discount instead.
