Ability to easily block certain postcodes during shiiping set up.

I need to block certain postcodes of addresses i sell to.
i want to exclude postcodes outside the UK mainland as standard postage is higher due to the remote nature of certain UK postcodes. These remote postcodes are refered to as belonging to Highlands and islands, crown dependancies such as jersey and guernsey.
WooCommerce currently allows the spoecification of postcodes allowed. I want to specify postcodes that are not allowed..
There are 1.8 million postcodes in the UK, i need to excluide 30 specific postcodes from this 1.8 million.
