Ability to sort packaging in the Label Creation dialog
In the settings under **WooCommerce > Settings > Shipping > WooCommerce Shipping**, the packages seem to just sort in alphabetical order.
Meanwhile, on the Label Creation dialog, it looks like it just displays the “Custom packages” section in the order the custom packages were added/created. Over time, as you add more and more packages of various sizes, this makes it tough to find the right size package.
With current functionality, it looks like changing the order of those packages would require deleting and re-adding them in the order that you want them to be listed in, which is pretty unworkable.
Please add sorting ability in the Label (shipping label) Creation dialog.

We also need this, as is it is very difficult for us to select the appropriate packages.
