Ability to use comma-separated list when checking for customer email (or other rule options) – ‘Is any of’

It would be great if the rules ‘field check’ drop-down could be extended to include the options ‘is any of’ or ‘isn’t any of’.

Scenario:
We want to update certain subscription fields for customers that have requested a change but only for renewals prior to a specific date. Right now we can only use one email address in the ‘Customer Email > is > [customeremail]’ setup, plus the ‘and’ rule ‘shop – current date/time > is before > [date]’. If several customers have requested the change we can’t just add more customer emails into the email field as a comma-separated list meaning we have to create a new rule group for both the customer email AND shop current date/time making it really tedious to manage.

The ‘is any of’ logic seems to already exist for certain other rules such as ‘customer – user role’ or ‘order – coupons’ (the latter has the option ‘matches any’.
