Add ability to categorize shipping fees to Square

Product sales from WooCommerce to Square sync with categories which is great, however, shipping fees from WooCommerce come down to Square as uncategorized which means clients have to go into each invoice and manually categorize the shipping fee. Would be great to have the ability to have shipping fees in its own category.
