Add ability to print return labels

I see this is still listed as open in the Automattic/woocommerce-services Github. And listed as low Priority on Jul 19, 2022. When can this be added? It would be very helpful to have the ability to print return labels.
This feature request originated 4 1/2 years ago. Every ecommerce site needs to print return labels. How can it linger so long without getting the attention required to support it?
This may not be needed often, but it is certainly needed, and it would seem to be a fairly straightforward addition to the code.
Even without the ability to email the label to the customer, it would be great to be able to easily create a return shipping label for any order without jumping through hoops.
I need this feature, too, because it will help both sellers and customers. Yes, I want this feature, too, as it will help both sellers and customers. If the customer can print the return label himself, it will save him the trip to the post office, and especially if the return label will cost less than if was purchased a the post office. if the seller shows that he wants his customer to be happy, the customer will be more inclined to remain a customer instead of looking for a different seller.
Yes please! If this is not added soon I will have to change to another plugin. Definitely needed.
From a dev standpoint, this seems pretty straightforward and would save Woo’s customers (we the store owners) from some tedious tasks. I voted for this last year – as did many others – and am still hoping. Thank you.

How is this not a basic feature already?? This is very urgent, as others have mentioned. Quite frustrated to find this doesn’t exist already as part of the core application.

My customers have the option to return the container to me to be refilled, so being able to give them a prepaid return label which would only cost me money if they used it would be ideal
