WooCommerce Subscriptions

Adding an action with the recurring cart(s) as a parameter would allow for the recurring carts to be modified prior to the subscription object’s creation. Specifically, this would allow for line item quantities or prices to be adjusted, thereby allowing for direct discounts to apply to the initial order, but not subscription renewals.
