Add Custom Fields to Order Admin

Make sure all added fields are also visible in the admin section of the orders.
Put all of the options under “screen options” so you can select which fields to see.

Right now I have added phone and email as extra fields on the shipping page, however I have no way of seeing which email they wrote there.
