I don’t see why its restricted just to the US when nothing display unless your account has it activated anyway. Personally I’d suggest removing this restriction in the code. Maybe when it was first launched it was in the US only but it’s now been rolled out in a few countries I believe

PayPal are saying its available for UK:
Note: Ensure that PayPal Payments is on version 1.1.0. but this seems to be an older version than the current.
