Hey there, I’d like to inform you that the product attributes condition to exclude payment gateways, shipping methods and shipping destinations was implemented earlier in 2025 and it’s available as of version 2.2.0

* Fix - Fixed an issue that prevented the 'Product Attribute' condition from working on variations.
* Fix - Fixed an issue that prevented the 'Tags' condition from always working on variations.

I think this feature has been added. If you go to the global restrictions, say for shipping destinations, you can choose “product attribute” as a condition.
Restricting by specific terms for global attributes would be great. For example, we don’t have the licensing to ship lithium metal batteries by air. While we can add a restriction on each applicable product, we must remember to do this if we add a new applicable product. The ability to restrict based on an attribute term/value would automate and future-proof the process.
