Adding buffer days is helpful for us because we have to schedule a cleaning service to come after every booking and want to avoid last minute conflicts. This is possible with a Bookable product type but for some reason not for Accommodations.

I completely relate to Sandra’s cleaning example. When we set up an accommodation booking site on WooCommerce last year, the bookings themselves worked, but the turnaround days nearly caught us out – a guest would check out in the morning, the cleaners needed a proper window, and another guest could still book straight in for that same afternoon. We ended up blocking days manually in the calendar while the website setup was being sorted properly. Having buffer days built into Accommodations, like you already can with a regular Bookable product, would save that manual workaround and the risk of a last-minute clash. Really hope this gets picked up – it is a small setting that would make a big difference for small hosts.
