I’ve been asked a few times recently ‘Can I add my ticket to my mobile phone virtual wallet?’.

It would make life quicker and easier for customers/staff when it comes to scanning tickets. The customers may have purchased tickets months in advance and would be able to easily access them instead of searching through emails, printing tickets or logging into website account.
