– if an affiliate has parent affiliate or not

sample scenario:
setup commission plan with below rule – via referral link – when a user purchase via Jenny referral link:
– If Jenny do not have parent affiliate, Jenny get 30%
– If Jenny have parent affiliate, Jenny get 20% and parent affiliate get 10% (only max 2 tier)
