In the WooCommerce iOS/Android app, the cash payment screen only allows the order to be completed when the “Cash Received” amount is equal to or greater than the total. If the amount entered is less, the button disables and no “balance due” is shown. This prevents merchants from recording deposits, partial payments, or amounts still owed.

Requested Feature:

Add support for partial cash payments in the mobile app. Specifically:
Allow entering any cash amount
Display the remaining balance (“Amount Due”)
Save the order with the partial payment recorded
Set an appropriate status like “Partially Paid” or “Pending Payment”
