WooCommerce Bookings

Allow SKU for Bookable Products

Consider moving SKU out from the Inventory tab (which gets hidden for Bookable Products) to general so that a SKU can be set. This will then allow people to easier target the product when using the [product sku=””] shortcode.

Why is this hidden in the 1st place? Why not provide code or a work around. I am getting fed up with Woocommerce.

Currently and issue like others mention, of not having SKU for person types – so when integrating with POS, if there are different prices for the person types, then they don’t sync up to the POS properly and get marked as an adjustment.

You need SKU if you use Square Appointment https://squareup.com/us/en/appointments. So please, the Woocommerce dev team, add SKU to Woo Booking. It’s a must-have!

We need a SKU that can pass to other tools. POS systems and other compliance solutions Rynaldo’s plug-in does not pass the SKU.

The inventory tab shouldn’t be just hidden when it is a bookable product.
There is a WordPress plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/sku-for-woocommerce-bookings/

Having a SKU for person types would help us integrate bookable products into point of sale systems

Having a SKU for bookable products would also mean that when you have a coupon and import it you can apply it to a specific product.
