Why not allow this plugin to calculate and collect taxes based on specified states instead of defaulting to only calculating taxes based on the store’s address?

We have a unique situation where we can easily use a single tax code to collect for our home state, but other states are strong arming us to collect for ALL jurisdictions/zones within their state. And all of the standalone tax plugins/services we have found and reviewed either lack in functionality or cost-prohibitive.

I am sure many Woo users would gladly pay for this extension if it allowed calculating and collecting taxes in other locations outside the store’s home address. I know we would gladly pay for it.
