Affiliate For WooCommerce

On the Affiliate Dashboard > Commission Plans I can define the rules for the affiliate and the product for which a commission will be paid.

I would need an additional criteria for the affiliate. The affiliate must have purchased a particular product within the last year. He must have completed the purchase of a premium membership to get a commission.

My problem is: I want establish a community. The members can choose either a membership for free or a payable Premium Membership. Only members with a valid premium membership should be allowed to get a commission when they recruit new premium members.
Therefore I would additionally need the following filter:

Affiliate has completed a particular purchase (product) within the last year (max. 366 days ago)

I know, I could select it manually and assign specific tags. But manually it would not be manageable when there are hundrets and more members. And I expect more members.
