API to add custom commissions for affiliates

Would like to be able to add some additional commissions to some affiliates. These fall outside of the formula for fixed amounts, percentages or split commissions, etc. For example add commissions type Star Performance Commissions for period Jan 1 to Jan 15 $ 100 awarded to Affiliate A

add commissions type Super Star Performance Commissions for period Jan 1 to Jan 15 $ 450 awarded to Affiliate B
