it’s such a hassle to turnoff the preorder for multiple items. Example is i have 100 items and no one preordered it and stocks came in. I have to manually turn off the preorder individually!
Another case is when preorder date is came, and I have more stocks that arrived that I wanted to sell immediately. I am forced to complete all the preorders in order for the preorder to turn off??
What if some customers takes a while to pay??
You need to give us an option to turn off preorder automatically once preorder date is set – or even connect a preorder by category.
Lets say i create a preorder category once we remove the item from that category then automatically uncheck the preorder for the item.

Hi,
Turning off pre-order status one product at a time really doesn’t scale once you’re managing 100+ items — a bulk action is the obvious fix, and being forced to wait for every order to complete before the setting releases doesn’t match how restocking actually works.
Smart Pre-Order Manager for WooCommerce supports bulk-editing pre-order status across multiple products at once, so you’re not stuck toggling each item individually.
Happy to help if you have questions about setting it up.
