There are many possible use cases e.g. if a user purchases product X dispatch a POST request to invite them to a private P2 blog.
The API response would probably just have to be logged. We couldn’t perform an additional action based on the response just yet.
Fields:

• Method: GET, POST..
• Authentication (would probably have to be stored in the DB)
• URL
• Content-type
• Query params
  This would be similar to the Send webhook action idea.
