Exclude purchased products from any suggested products list

It seems logical we should be able to exclude any products a customer has just purchased from a follow-up email suggesting additional products using any Types such as: Top Selling, Featured, etc. Otherwise they’re just being shown what they’ve already bought which doesn’t look great
