I’d love to be able to trigger messages via FB messenger (not just for abandoned carts, but also for order shipment notifications, referral credit awarded notifications etc)
In my country, Facebook has a much bigger audience than Internet as a whole (because of Freebasics). So this feature would be incredibly usefull to Malagasy people for keeping up with delivery status, and order confirmation, follow-up … etc
