Include Customer Name With Email Address
When I try to include the customer name with the email address in the To field, the email address is removed when I save the workflow.
I should be able to include a name using the standard email formatting convention. E.g., "John Smith john@smith.com"
It is generally considered best practice to include the users name with the email address.
