Similar to the ‘Order Created via Checkout’ and ‘Order Created via REST API’, this would differentiate between if the URL contains the abandoned cart tokens.
Alternatively, this could certainly be either its own rule or trigger set.

Yes, please. This would be hugely useful for offering customers something based on an action in an Abandoned Cart email – i.e. a purchase-based offer after a 2nd AC reminder.
