Preserve carts after converted/cleared

Instead of deleting carts after purchase or empty events, change the status and keep them for X days.

This prevents cases of users seeing ‘Your cart could not be restored, it may have expired.’ messages if their cart was cleared.

    Part of this could be adding a cart report tab showing, active, abandoned, recovered cart stats
