I’d like to see a trigger for if a customer ‘Like’ our social media page (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter). Or something similar like if they clicked a link/button. Mayb an option to add a class to it? 🤷♂️
My goal is to reward them with points using the points and rewards integration.

Nathan Ward: I don’t think manual workflows will work in this instance. My advice would be to look into developing a custom trigger that fires on a click event.

Dan Bitzer: Yes I believe so. That’s why I mentioned maybe a way to follow a link on the site? If a customer clicks on a link or button (maybe by adding a class) it could trigger a workflow. Obviously the link would take them to social media pages for them to like on their own and we would just have to have faith they did so. I see many other sites that are using this feature to reward their customer with points.
Thanks for the suggestion Nathan Ward. As far as I know, most social networks banned like incentives (and like-gating) a few years ago.
